Will is a modal auxiliary verb. The forms of will are the same for all persons. The formation is: will + infinitive without to.

For the creation of the question form we invert the verb and the subject.

Short Answers

No, I won't is not common because it's impolite.
A polite way to say 'no' is 'I'm afraid I can't'.

Use

Will is used:

  • to express a future decision or intention made at the moment of speaking.
  • to express an offer or a promise.
  • to express a request.

 

Spontaneous intentions I'll give you my phone number.
"It's Jane birthday." "Is it? I'll buy her some flowers."
Offers I'll help you with your homework.
I'll carry your suitcase.
Promises I'll always love you.
